Local Artists

DSAF has funded many grants with local artists. If you are looking for artist to work with, we have had great success with the following:

Judy Catambay

I am a teaching artist for 25+ years, and I have a BFA in Fine Arts. I craft my projects starting with a brief introduction of an artist: local, BIPOC, street art, contemporary and classics. This is a simple jumping point to inspire them to explore their own creative voice and various mediums. I can also use themes (nature, sea life, animals, etc.) to inspire a particular project. I offer projects in all mediums: painting, collage, drawing, and ceramics. I am always proud and excited to see their artwork develop! See a video of my Student Samples or view my Digital Portfolio.  Email: [email protected]
