Application Deadline and other important dates:

APPLYING ONLINE: DSAF strongly encourages all DJUSD teachers and parents to apply for funding that supports art in our schools. Applications are due by the date specified above and must be submitted via our online form.

IMPORTANT: You will receive an e-mail message confirming receipt of electronically submitted applications. Retain the receipt as proof of your grant application submittal. Email us at email@example.com if you do not receive a receipt for your electronically submitted application.
APPLYING FOR THE APPROPRIATE GRANT: Applicants should submit one Grant Program Application Form for each project seeking funds. A project may be eligible for funding from multiple programs, please check each applicable category box.
GRANT AWARD NOTIFICATION: The DJUSD Office of Curriculum and Instruction notifies applicants of grant award status at the end of November.
GRANT PAYMENT PROCEDURE: Reimbursements are made through the Office of Curriculum and Instruction, not an individual school site. A Purchase Order number through the Curriculum and Instruction office must be opened for projects awarded a grant. Use of this Purchase Order number will expedite and ensure prompt reimbursement at the end of the project. Projects must be completed and the receipts submitted to the Office of Curriculum and Instruction by a date to be determined by the DJUSD.
GRANT RECIPIENT OBLIGATIONS: At the end of the school year, each grant recipient must submit a brief summary describing the completed project funded to the Davis School Arts Foundation at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refer to the Funding Program Description for additional recipient obligations specific to each funding program.
