A Purchase Order number through the Curriculum and Instruction office must be opened for projects awarded a grant. Projects must be completed and the receipts submitted to the Office of Curriculum and Instruction by a date to be determined by the DJUSD.
GRANT RECIPIENT OBLIGATIONS: At the end of the school year, each grant recipient must submit a brief summary describing the completed project funded to the Davis School Arts Foundation at email@example.com. Refer to the Funding Program Description for additional recipient obligations specific to each funding program.
